An Aggie Engagement Session
College Station, Texas
Alyssa and I met several years ago in a graphic design class at Texas A&M so I was thrilled when she reached out to me about her engagement! Now that I live in Weatherford, Texas, it was so fun to travel back to College Station for their session! College Station is definitely my home away from home. I’m so glad Alyssa and Josh braved the February cold for their session on the Texas A&M University campus! Although it was a dreary, cold morning, we still had a lot of fun and I loved watching Josh make Alyssa smile.
Alyssa and Josh also met at A&M in a visualization studio class – for anyone who doesn’t know about the Visualization program at Texas A&M, it’s one of the only “art” specific degrees that Texas A&M offers. Through the studio classes, you grow very close to your fellow classmates and oftentimes pull several all-nighters! Maybe not the most productive way to complete schoolwork, but the workload from studio classes can sometimes overpower your other studies. Being that Alyssa and Josh are fellow “Vizzers,” I can’t wait to photograph their wedding this July! Their ceremony is taking place at an old restaurant being converted into an event venue and theirs will be the first wedding to take place there. Congratulations on your engagement Alyssa and Josh, I look forward to being a part of your special day!
