The Orchard Event Venue and Retreat

Jodi and Tyler kicked off my spring wedding season this past weekend and it was a blast! Though it was a dreary day with impending rain, everyone was in the best of spirits and the weather held out for their beautiful outdoor ceremony! Jodi and Tyler’s ceremony took place outdoors under the huge overarching trees at the Orchard in Azle, Texas. Despite the weather, their day was filled with bright yellows and blues, with sunflowers all around – they even gave each guest a packet sunflower seeds as a favor! Perfect timing since it’s almost spring!
During the ceremony, Jodi and Tyler exchanged heartfelt, handwritten vows which were so sweet! After the ceremony, I loved capturing their bride and groom portraits across the expansive property at the Orchard. They planned to “get away” in their grandfather’s Corvette so we were sure to grab a few photos with it during our portrait time! Their reception was quite the party with almost all their family getting out on the dance floor (including the grandparents!) Definitely lots of fun and laughter!
Many congratulations to the new Mr. and Mrs. Hays! I wish you many joyful years of marriage!
