Wow, it’s been a hot minute since my last blog post – Something about becoming a new mom, moving, and balancing work and home life keeps life busy! haha Anna and William’s wedding is a 2021 favorite of mine and I’m planning to share a few more beautiful weddings I’ve captured this year in the upcoming weeks!
Anna and William’s day was a ray of sunshine for me in what’s been a challenging year. The love these two share is evident from the moment you meet them and it’s clear they are an encouragement to many. I love that they strive to put the Lord first in all that they do and I’m beyond honored they chose me to capture their beautiful day – my heart is full!
These two initially met when they were kids, but didn’t have a romantic connection until years later when they were graduating college. They reconnected on social media – William living in Georgia and Anna living in Texas, and finally met in person for a date in Nashville months later. The date was a complete success and the rest is history.
Their wedding day begin in the quaint getting ready suite at Ashton Gardens. Anna had the sweetest first look with her father before having a quiet moment of prayer with William before the ceremony. The ceremony took place inside the stunning chapel on the property – the wooden beams inside are absolutely stunning! I love that the Ashton Gardens chapel has the feel of being outdoors, while you’re able to be comfortable inside despite whatever Texas weather decides to do that day. After enjoying a fantastic meal and the company of their guests, their wedding day concluded back at the chapel as they shared a private first and last dance as Mr. and Mrs.!
