Ashlyn and Spencer’s wedding was my last wedding of 2019! I decided I wanted to take time off during the holidays this year to be present and spend time with loved ones so we’re finishing out the year a little earlier than usual. For those who don’t know, we’re expecting a little one early next year and we are oh so excited! If I’m quiet around the blog the next few months, you’ll know why 😉

Ashlyn and Spencer flew in from Montana to get married on Spencer’s step-dad’s ranch in Graham, Texas! With family flying in from all over, their elopement style wedding was such a special celebration. I loved all the ranch-style details incorporated throughout their day. With Ashlyn and Spencer living out of state, their wedding day was the first time I met them in person and it was like catching up with old friends! These two are both so easy-going and fun, Justin and I had a great time getting to know them on their beautiful day!

The sun was shining bright on their October wedding day as they tied the knot in front of a large oak tree just a few yards from the reception area. After the ceremony, we had a blast roaming around the property capturing bride and groom portraits – can all of my weddings be at a ranch!? I’m obsessed with this style of wedding and love that we were able to time the bride and groom portraits during the perfect time for lighting. Ashlyn and Spencer were naturals behind the camera!
